Box Score MONTEVALLO Ala. – The Montevallo men's soccer team earned its fifth-consecutive victory after defeating Spring Hill 3-2 on the road, Friday afternoon, to move to 6-0-3 overall and 5-0-0 in the Gulf South Conference.

Edorta Cabieces Sanz recorded his team-leading fifth and sixth goals of the season as the Falcons continued a hot start to conference play.
The Falcons opened the scoring early with a goal from Cabieces Sanz in the 19' minute. In the second half, with the score even 1-1, Cabieces Sanz found the back-of-the net for the second time, lifting Montevallo to a 2-1 advantage in the 53' minute.
Narcis Bou Dalmau notched the eventual game-winner less than a minute later, giving the No. 10 ranked team in the nation a 3-1 advantage on the road.
Spring Hill trimmed the deficit to one, 3-2, with a goal in the 72' minute, but Montevallo's defense held off the Badgers down the stretch.
