SALISBURY, N.C. – The Montevallo women's tennis team finished its five-math road trip with a 4-2 win over Catawba on March 30. 
 
Montevallo began the match with a clean sweep of the doubles matches to take the first point of the day. ITA No. 47 duo Mireia Turro and Cyba Ozzor took the top match 6-3 while Emily Hafner and Lieselotte Hartlöhner secured the point with a 6-2 win in the second match. Eva Dirr and Erika Freire capped the doubles competition with a 6-2 victory in the final match. 
 
Turro secured the first singles point with a 6-2, 6-4 win in the No. 1 singles match. Hafner and Dirr battled for the winning points with both matches going to three sets. Hafner pulled out a 6-3, 4-6, 4-0 win before Dirr completed the match victory with a 6-1, 3-6, 6-2 win in No. 4 singles.
