MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Montevallo men's and women's swimming teams are ready to take on Ouachita Baptist on Wednesday, Jan. 15 and Henderson State on Thursday, Jan. 16. The two-meet road trip will have the Falcons at Waggoner Pool on the campus of Ouachita Baptist and the Wells Natatorium on the campus of Henderson State.
The women's team comes in with a 3-3 overall record in the 2024-25 season while the men are 2-3. For Ouachita Baptist, the men are a perfect 6-0 including 2-0 inside the NSISC while the women's team is 1-5 and 1-2 inside conference play. The Henderson State Reddie men are 3-1 and the women are 1-4. Both are 0-1 in NSISC meets.
The last time the Falcons were in the pool, they totaled four first-place finishes and the ninth fastest 200 free relay in UM program history. The team of

Aleksei Kolesnikov,
Jimmy Franck and
Enrique Llorens came in with a time of 1:27.64 for a top-10 time in program history. Kolesnikov added a first-place finish in the 100 fly with a time of 52.68. Also, in the fly,
Keara McGee took first with a time of 1:00.11 in the women's 100 fly.
Alexander Kim and
Ethan Brewer registered first-place finishes in the 100 free and 500 free, respectively.
