MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The Montevallo volleyball team is set for a marquee GSC matchup Tuesday night as the Falcons travel to in-state foe UAH for a 6:00 p.m. contest.
OFFICIAL SCHEDULE
The Falcons enter the week with a 9-11 overall record and a 6-4 mark in GSC action after sweeping Auburn Montgomery last Thursday. Katie Wilkerson and Eliza Tyrrell paced a balanced attack with nine kills each, while Danielle Greene added three blocks to bring her league-leading total to 109.0 on the year.
UAH comes into the matchup at 15-4 overall and 7-3 in conference play. The Chargers have been on a tear, winning five consecutive GSC matches in straight sets. Caroline Moyer ranks second in the conference with 240 kills, while Cooper Garrett has totaled 369 assists to lead the offense. Defensively, Sydney Durban (287 digs) and Zoe Smith (219 digs) anchor the back row for the Chargers.
