MONTEVALLO, Ala. – Montevallo Women's Basketball Head Coach Olivia Chapman has added seven new faces to her roster consisting of two freshmen and five transfers.
 
Shalexia Little | 5'9 | Guard | Lafayette, Ala. | Springwood High School
Little comes to Montevallo after attending Springwood High School where she was named the AISA Girls Basketball Player of the Year by the Alabama Sports Writers' Association. Little had a strong senior season, leading Springwood to the state championship. In her final season, she averaged 21 points and six rebounds. She also picked up All-Tournament and AISA All-Star honors.
 
Audrey Hendrix | 5'9 | Guard | Wake Forest, N.C. | Neosho County Community College
Hendrix joins the Falcons after spending one year at Neosho County Community College in Chanute, Kan., Hendrix played in 26 games for the Panthers and averaged 8.3 points. Hendrix also totaled 51 rebounds, 22 assists, and 31 steals, while ranking second on the team in three-pointers made with 53 on the season.
 
Emily Mouser | 5'7 | Guard | Huntsville, Ala. | Madison Academy
Mouser comes to Montevallo after attending Madison Academy for four years. This past season, Mouser captured All-State and All-Metro honors, as she helped lead the team to a 31-3 record. Mouser averaged 17 points, four rebounds, four assists, and three steals in her final year as a Mustang.
 
Elyse Hughes | 6'0 | Forward | Foley, Ala. | UAH
Hughes joins the Falcons after spending three seasons at UAH where she played in 73 games and earned 31 starts. In her three-year career in Huntsville, she totaled 311 points, 144 rebounds, 47 assists, 23 steals, and 21 blocks. During the 2023-24 season, she led the team in blocks with 17 on the season.
 
Alani Owens | 5'8 | Guard | Conroe, Texas | Ranger College
Owens comes to Montevallo after spending one year at Ranger College in Ranger, Texas. She had a solid season with the Rangers, being named on the North Texas Junior College Athletic All-Conference Honorable Mention list. Owens played in 27 games and started 26, while averaging 6.3 points this past season.
 
London Robinson | 5'10 | Forward | Monticello, Ark. | Arkansas State University Mid-South
Robinson joins the Falcons after spending two seasons at Arkansas State University Mid-South in West Memphis, Ark. She had a solid sophomore campaign, averaging 11.0 points, six rebounds, and 1.1 assists at ASU Mid-South.
 
Kylee Norman | 5'5 | Guard | San Antonio, Texas | Cisco College
Norman comes to Montevallo after playing two seasons at Cisco College in Cisco, Texas. In her two years at Cisco, Norman played in 49 games and earned 40 starts. She posted career averages of 7.1 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 1.8 assists.
