MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Montevallo Athletic Department will host a BBQ Luncheon Fundraiser, Friday, Oct. 3, in honor of Johnny Holosmbeck and the Johnny Holsombeck UM Athletics Fund.
 
The Johnny Holsombeck UM Athletics Fund was established to honor former University of Montevallo employee and beloved friend of the UM Athletic department, Johnny Holsombeck. In an effort to fully endow the fund, the Athletic Department will be selling BBQ lunch plates on Friday, Oct. 3 for $15 each.
 
The plate includes, pulled pork, baked beans, cole slaw, cookie and a drink. All proceeds will be put towards the fund.
 
Plates can be picked up to go, delivered (around campus or local community) or can be eaten in the Student Activity Center from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
 
Payment will be accepted via cash, card or check. You may also pay online. Order forms must be submitted by Sept. 26.
