MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The Montevallo volleyball team hits the road Tuesday for a midweek Gulf South Conference clash with Mississippi College. First serve is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. inside A.E. Wood Coliseum in Clinton, Miss.

Tuesday's matchup opens a three-game GSC road swing for the Falcons following a home split over the weekend. Montevallo picked up a hard-fought 3-1 victory over Lee on Saturday behind standout efforts from Blakeley Robbins (37 assists, 10 digs) and Mallory Hulsey (15 kills). The Falcons continued their strong play at the net over the weekend and enter the week as the GSC leader with 110.0 total blocks.
Mississippi College (6-7, 3-0 GSC) enters the week unbeaten in league play after home wins over UAH, West Alabama, and Auburn Montgomery. The Choctaws are paced offensively by Rhaia Davey (134 kills, 45.0 blocks) and Mary Grace Foster (130 kills, 142 assists), while setter Samarin Kipple directs the attack with 283 assists and leads the defense with 256 digs.
GAME NOTES
- Montevallo holds an 8-4 record all-time against the Choctaws.
- The Falcons won seven straight in the series from 2018 to 2022.
