Was named to the Peach Belt Conference All-Academic team... appeared in 12 games for the Falcons during his sophomore season, including one start... posted a 1-4 record on the mound with a 7.92 earned run average in 25 innings... finished with 16 strikeouts and seven walks... registered a .419 batting average against... recorded a career-high four strikeouts against UNC Pembroke... pitched 4 2/3 innings in his lone start against West Alabama in his longest outing of the season.

Was named a Presidential Scholar on the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll... appeared in 15 games in relief for the Falcons during his freshman season... posted a 1-0 record on the mound with a 6.41 earned run average in 19 2/3 innings... finished with nine strikeouts and seven walks... registered a .316 batting average against... recorded a season-high two strikeouts against Miles College and North Alabama... pitched a season-high three innings in relief against UNC Pembroke.

High School... Graduated from Etowah High School in Woodstock, Ga. in the spring of 2013... was named honorable mention Rawlings/Perfect Game All-Southeast Region following his senior season... was also named to the World Wood Bat Association 18-and-under All-Tournament team.

Personal... Is a psychology and history major at Montevallo... is the son of Joey and Tracy Hume.
