2016... Was named a Gold Scholar on the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll... was a recipient of the NCAA Division II Athletics Directors Association (D2ADA) Academic Achievement Award... appeared in nine games for the Falcons as a redshirt freshman... finished 1-for-2 at the plate and stole one base in one attempt... also scored two runs... recorded his lone hit against Ohio Valley and registered his lone stolen base against Young Harris... scored a season-high one run in games against Saint Leo and Young Harris.

2015... Was named a Gold Scholar on the Peach Belt Conference Presidential Honor Roll... redshirted in his first season with the Falcons.

High School... Graduated from Ragland High School in Ragland, Ala. in the spring of 2014.

Personal... Is a kinesiology major at Montevallo... is the on of Scott and Cindy Smith... has one brother, Scotty, who also plays baseball at Montevallo.
