Ben Chajet is in his first season with the Falcons. Prior to this season Chajet was a summer coach at IMG Academy where he coached hitting and infield. He earned his master’s degree in Sport, Exercise & Performance Psychology from Barry University and is currently a practicing mental performance coach. He spent his college baseball career at Dean College in Franklin, Massachusetts and was awarded the school’s Academic Athletic Achievement award in 2018.
