University of Montevallo Athletics

Kailin Parker enters her eighth year as an assistant athletic trainer at the University of Montevallo in 2026. She serves as the athletic trainer for the Falcons' men's soccer and baseball programs.

Parker joined the Montevallo athletic training staff in 2019 after earning her Master of Athletic Training from the University of South Florida. During her time at USF, she worked under a certified athletic trainer with the Bulls' baseball and women's basketball programs while gaining valuable experience in the Division I setting.

Prior to South Florida, Parker served as a student athletic trainer at Saint Leo University, assisting with the volleyball, women's soccer, and men's and women's swimming programs. She also worked the 2019 NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Final Four in Tampa Bay, further expanding her experience in championship event operations and sports medicine.

A native of LaGrange, Georgia, Parker earned a Bachelor of Science in Education with a concentration in Kinesiology from Montevallo before completing her graduate studies at South Florida in 2019.
