Wyatt Hall

Hall enters his fourth year during his second stint at Montevallo in 2025-26. After serving as the Assistant Athletic Director for Athletic Communications for two years and the primary media relations contact for Men's Basketball, Wrestling, Baseball and Men's and Women's Golf, Hall moved into his current role, Assistant Athletic Director for External Affairs on July 1, 2024.

In his current role, Hall oversees all external affairs for the Montevallo athletic department to include: marketing, promotions, communications, community relations, branding, corporate partnerships/sponsorship, public relations, fan engagement, ticketing, alumni relations, media rights, streaming and revenue generation. Hall also oversees the game operations unit, which includes game/event management and ticketing and concessions operations. He also assists with fundraising, the Falcon Club and leads communication and promotional strategies for the annual Falcon Victory campaign. In addition, he oversees the Montevallo Athletic's Hall of Fame as chair and leads the planning and execution special events/projects such as the Montevallo Athletics Department Golf Tournament and Falcon Club Luncheon.

As Assistant Athletic Director Hall serves as the Sport Administrator for Women's Soccer and Women's Lacrosse, provides oversight for Cheer & Dance and is the liaison for the pep band. In addition, Hall serves on the Senior Leadership team for the department and is a member of the Intercollegiate Athletics Committee and Gender Equity Committee. He coordinates with the Student Athlete Advisory Council to provide oversight of the Freddies Awards, as well.

Additionally, Hall is involved on campus and represents the athletic department on the Technology Advisory Council, Digital Communications Committe and Staff Senate.

In the city of Montevallo, Hall is active as well, representing the athletic department as a member of the Montevallo Main Street Board of Directors and as a member of the Economic Vitality Committee.

Outside of Montevallo, Hall is currently the D2CCA South Region Volleyball Coordinator, serves on the NCAA Wrestling Rules Committee, is the Gulf South Conference Administrative Liason for Men's and Women's Track and Field, is a member of the Women's Tennis South Regional Advisory Committee and is a National Collegiate Baseball Writers Associaiton South Region Poll voter. He is also an active member of Collegiate Sports Communicators and the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators.

After one year in the external affairs role, Hall orchestrated marketing efforts that increased ticket sales by over 400% and overall attendance by 40%. Both factors, along with newly implemented promotional strategies, contributed to a significant increase in concessions revenue as well. In addition to the ticketing, concessions and attendance increases, Hall managed several new external revenue generation outlets, including an expanded FloSports media rights deal, NIL merchandise licensing, new corporate partnerships, a golf tournament, and Hall of Fame rings - that grossed over six figures - in combination with existing external revenue generation outlets such as pre-established corporate partnerships and special events. In conjunction with the Media Relations office, Hall's leadership also led to an increased digital footprint across various digital media platforms, through increased quality and quantity of social media content, a re-design of MontevalloFalcons.com and the launching of the Montevallo Falcons mobile app.

In 2024-25 under Halls leadership, the Game Operations staff successfully operated over 130 home events including three multi-day tournaments and postseason competitions. Hall and the entire external unit collaborated for marquee events such as Pack the SAC ft. T-Mobile for Volleyball, Pack the SAC for Basketball and Alumni Day for baseball and lacrosse - all which saw immense success.

Hall collaborated with the Alumni Affairs office on campus to reengage athletic alums through bringing back the Student Athlete Alumni Club and hosting several alumni events throughout the year, including spring Alumni day and a 60 year reunion for men's basketball.

As sport administrator, Hall served as the team administrator for women's soccer during its historic NCAA Sweet 16 run and for Men's Basketball NCAA South Region appearance.

Hall assumed the role of Assistant Athletic Director for Athletic Communications on Monday, August 1, 2022, and came to UM from Jacksonville State University where he has served as a Sports Information Specialist since August 2021 and was the primary contact for Volleyball, Women's Basketball and Men's and Women's Tennis.

No stranger to the University of Montevallo, Hall served as the Assistant Sports Information Director after earning a Bachelor's degree from the university in 2019. Prior to moving into a full-time role in the Sports Information office, Hall spent over three years working as a student employee under the direction of the Sports Information Director.

In 2019 Hall moved from Montevallo to the University of Idaho to serve as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications and was the primary contact for Women's Basketball, Volleyball and Men's and Women's Tennis until July 2021.

Throughout his career Hall has promoted multiple conference championships, national championships, All-conference Honorees, All Americans and Player of the Week award winners.

Hall currently resides in Calera, Alabama with his wife, Molly, and their two dogs, Bo and Chewy.Â
