2023 (SENIOR): Allie was second on the team with 107 sets played in 27 matches while she started all 27 for the Falcons. Dishman led the Falcons with 359.5 points, 277 kills (2.59 per set), a hit percentage of .316, 38 service aces and was second on the team with 75 total blocks. She was second in the GSC with the .316 hit percentage while she also had the sixth most points in the conference. Allie finished third in Montevallo Division II History with a hit percentage of .327, seventh with 122 service aces and 11th with 277 total blocks.

2022 (JUNIOR): Finished first on the team and led the Gulf South Conference in kills with 347 on the year...averaged 2.82 kills per set to lead the Falcons and rank third across the conference...posted a league-best 3.54 points per set...had a .329 hit percentage on the year...was second on the team in blocks with 90...recorded a season-high 20 kills in a win over Union (10/7) and hit .439 in the match...led the team in service aces with 37 and averaged .30 per set...totaled a season-high four aces against AUM (9/30)...had eighth total blocks against UAH (9/24)...Two-Time GSC Player of the Week...All-GSC First Team...D2CCA South Region Second Team...AVCA All-South Region...AVCA All-America Honorable Mention...College Sports Communicators Academic All-District...GSC All-Academic Team...GSC Academic Honor Roll. 

2021 (SOPHOMORE): Finished first on the team in service aces (35), second in blocks (91) and third in kills (271) ...
