Biography

2025 (JUNIOR): Riley played in and started all 55 games in her first season at Montevallo. Tyree finished the 2025 campaign with the best batting average on the team at .320, while posting the fourth best slugging percentage (.494) and fourth best on-base percentage (.359). Tyree led the team in hits (57), doubles (12), triples (five), sacrifice flies (four), and at-bats (178). She ranked in the top-15 in the GSC in five of those categories including tied for third in triples, third in at-bats, T-fifth in sacrifice flies, T-sixth in doubles, and T-11th in hits. Tyree also tallied three home runs, 28 RBIs, and 13 walks. She was solid on the base paths, scoring 31 runs and adding three stolen bases. Tyree had the most multi-hit games with 16 and the third most multi-RBI games with eight. She had the highest hitting streak during the season, earning hits in ten consecutive contests. Tyree tied the program with three doubles in a single game (vs. Lee). She was solid at first base, setting a new program record with 330 putouts in a single season. In a single season, Tyree ranks first in total plate appearances, second in at-bats, tied for second in triples, tied for second in sacrifice flies, and tied for sixth in doubles in program history.

PREVIOUS TEAM (Itawamba Community College): Spent two years at Itawamba Community College where she played in 95 games. In her two years at ICC, she totaled 104 hits, 79 RBIs, four home runs, 47 runs, and ten stolen bases. Tyree earned Second Team All-MACCC honors in 2023. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Hewitt-Trussville High School where she earned second team All-State honors in 2022. Tyree helped the Huskies claim state championships in 2019 and 2021, while securing runner up in 2022.
