2024 (SENIOR): Phelan made 22 relief appearances and started one game for the Falcons in 2024. He led the Falcons with 23 total appearances while he pitched to a 5-3 record while recording four saves. Phelan threw 35.1 innings and struck out 33 batters while allowing only 17 earned runs and 11 free passes. He had 12 outings where he didn't allow a run and had seven appearances where he pitched two innings or more.

2023 (JUNIOR): Appeared in 26 games for the Falcons in 2023... pitched a career-high 36.1 innings to a 5-3 record... had a 3.72 ERA and had the best WHIP for the Falcons at 1.07...recorded a team high five saves while striking out 29 batters and holding opponens to a .214 batting average... only allowed 15 earned runs and 11 walks.

2022 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 22 games with 3 wins. Finished the season with a 1.80 ERA in 35 innings of work. He had 25 strikeouts, and 12 walks. 

2021 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 12 games with 2 starts on the mound. Finished the season with a 3.20 ERA in 19.2 innings of work. He had 11 strikeouts, only 5 walks, and opponents hit .243 against him. Earned his first career save on March 10^th versus Albany St. Had a career high 5 innings pitched, 6 strikeouts, no earned runs and only 2 hits allowed versus Valdosta St on March 6^th.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Competed at Barron Collier High School in Naples, Florida.
