Medeiros joins Falcon Footy after spending the last two years as a Graduate Assistant at Lee University where she established training for the goalkeepers, organized team travel plans, developed charity events and youth soccer camps, coordinated fundraising, and was an active participant in the recruitment of high school athletes. Prior to her experience at Lee, she served as a recreation center administrator at Young Harris College while completing her Bachelors of Science.

Coach Medeiros played for the Brazilian National Team for six years. She has been the youngest player ever since to be called to compete at a national level in Brazil. Competing for 2 World Cups U17, 1 World Cup U20, 1 South Region Cup U17 (Brazil won), and 1 International Friendly main team next to Marta, Formiga, and other well-known professional players. After such achievement Coach Medeiros began her career at the College level in the USA.
Coach Medeiros played at Iowa Central Community College where she was the MVP of their 2015 NJCAA DI National Championship Tournament run and was named an All American. She finished up her player's career in Young Harris, where they had the best season run 15 after years, making it to the conference championship for the first time in history.
Nicole holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business and Public Policy from Young Harris College, and a Masters of Business Administration from Lee University.
