Biography

Kristi Kelly returns for her senior year forthe University of Montevallo Falcons. In 2009 she played inthe number two position for the Falcons and finished withan even record of 9-9 with a seven match winning streak. Kellywas paired with teammate Helene Nordgreen for 14 out of 18 matchesin doubles and won 12 of those contests.

In 2008 Kelly finished the season at the number two singlesposition but played most of the season at number three. She was 7-10 as a singles player and 10-9 in doubles play.She played most of the season as part of the number onedoubles. In 2007, Kristi competed mostly at number onesingles and doubles, earning in-region victories over Tuskegee,Albany State, Fort Valley State and Southern Arkansas.
 
Kelly was named in the Top 50 in Florida, and was the recipient ofthe Bright Future Scholarship. She played for Coach Mike Harringtonat Lawton Chiles High School. Kelly competedat number one singles and the team qualified for thestate tournament all four years. She was also the recipient of theteam Scholar Athlete Award. 
 
A speech pathology major at UM, she is the daughter ofMark and Sue Kelly.
