Biography

2024 (JUNIOR): Greene had a junior season where she was one of the most dominant blockers in the Gulf South Conference. She led Montevallo with 128 total blocks while she finished third in the GSC. Greene etched her name in the Montevallo record book as she had the sixth most total blocks in a season in program history and had the 10th most solo blocks in a season with 28. The Montgomery, Alabama native was reliable on the attack as she had the fourth most kills on the team with 179 and had the highest hitting percentage on UM at .264. Greene had 13 matches this season with five or more blocks. She had a career day against Valdosta State where she had 13 kills on a .571 hitting percentage and added eight total blocks. 

2023 (SOPHOMORE): Greene played in 32 sets in 13 matches while starting eight for the Falcons. Greene totaled 37 kills on the season while setting a career-high against Valdosta State with nine kills on Sept. 29. She added 19 total blocks, 14 digs and two assists to her totals for the season. 

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Birmingham-Southern
2022:
Played in 12 sets, had 16 kills. On defense, Danielle totaled two digs, had 11 blocks, and averaged .92 blocks a set. 

HIGH SCHOOL:
Greene attended Saint James High School where she competed in volleyball and basketball. She earned three varsity letters under Head Coach Karen Lee. She graduate with a 3.6 GPA and was a part of National Honors Society.
