• Montevallo shot a season-high 58.2 percent from the floor and made 52 percent of its 3-point attempts against West Georgia.
• The Falcons continued their dominance on the glass after outrebounding an opponent for the ninth time in 12 contests with a 31-26 edge in rebounding against the Wolves.
• Montevallo also finished with a season-high 23 assists on a hot-shooting night for the Falcons.
• The Falcons raced out to a 13-2 lead, capped with a jumper by junior Wade Lowman, in the opening minutes of the contest.

• Senior De'Marco Owens led five Falcons in double figures with a career-high 20 points to go along with a team-high nine rebounds.
• Freshman Jack Youmans contributed 16 points, sophomore Micah Fuller chipped in 15 points, junior Wade Lowman added 13 points and junior Cam Copeland finished with 10 points in the contest.
• Junior Cam Copeland also finished with a career-high eight assists against West Georgia.

MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Montevallo men's basketball team earned its first win in Gulf South Conference with a 88-62 win over visiting University of West Georgia in conference play Dec. 15 at Trustmark Arena.
Montevallo (4-8 overall, 1-2 in Gulf South Conference) shot a season-high 58.2 percent from the floor and made 52 percent of its 3-point attempts against West Georgia.
