MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Montevallo men's basketball defeated visiting Shorter University 69-58 in a Gulf South Conference contest Dec. 17 at Trustmark Arena.
Montevallo (5-8) overcame a five-point deficit at halftime and outscored Shorter 39-23 in the second half to even its Gulf South Conference record at 2-2.
