PENSACOLA, Fla. – The University of Montevallo men's lacrosse team fell to Palm Beach Atlantic University 10-9 in overtime in a neutral-site match Feb. 16.

The Falcons overcame a 6-3 deficit at halftime and temporarily took a 9-8 lead in the fourth period before the Sailfish escaped with the overtime victory.

Freshmen Alex Dozzi and Blake Lowenberg led the Falcons with two goals and one assist each.

Freshman Kyle Nichols and sophomore Kyle Enkelmann also scored two goals each. Freshman Bailey Lapinsky contributed one goal and one assist in the match.

Freshman Ryan Shea also registered one assist.

The Falcons (1-1) return to action Sunday, Feb. 18 with another match against Embry Riddle University in Pensacola, Florida.
