MONTEVALLO HIGHLIGHTS
- Caleb Ledbetter went 3-of-4 from the plate and was credited with three runs in the game and had five RBI.
- Mark Castellucci was 3-of-4 on the day and had four RBI while also scoring three times.
- The Falcons had five home runs in the game with Ledbetter and Castellucci both hitting two each.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Caleb Ledbetter started the scoring off in the bottom of the first inning with a three-RBI home run to put Montevallo on top 3-0. Later in the inning, Jonah Garrison singled through the left side to score two more runs and give the Falcons a 5-0 lead.
- Miles scored their first run in the bottom of the second inning on a fielding error.
- The Falcons took an 8-1 lead in the third inning when both Mark Castellucci and Ledbetter both hit home runs. Castellucci hit a solo home run while Ledbetter was credited with a two-RBI home run.
- Montevallo took a 12-1 lead when Sebastian Samuels and Castellucci both hit two-RBI home runs in the inning.
- The Falcons plated three more runs in the fifth inning to take a commanding 15-1 lead.
- In the top of the 6th inning, Miles scored their second run of the game on a sacrifice fly into left field.
- In the bottom of the sixth inning, Montevallo scored their final run of the game to make it a 17-1 ball game.

MONTEVALLO HIGHLIGHTS
- Chad Wagner was 2-of-2 on the day and had an RBI and scored once in the fifth inning.Â
- Jared Nixon led the team with three RBI in the game with all of them coming on his home run in the fourth inning.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Falcons' Chad Wagner singled to center field to plate Collin Dupree and take a 1-0 lead in the top of the first inning.
- Montevallo took a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the second inning off a solo home run from Ryan Brooks.
- The Falcons had two home runs in the fourth inning that gave them a 6-0 lead. The first was a solo home run by Tyler Krabbe and the second was a three-RBI home run by Jared Nixon.
- Montevallo scored its final run of the game on a wild pitch in the fifth inning that allowed Chad Wagner to score.
- Miles College scored three runs in the top of the sixth inning to make it a 7-3 ball game.
