MONTEVALLO, Ala. - University of Montevallo senior Jami Hudak and sophomore Georg Trompler have been named the Falcons' Student-Athletes of the week for the week of Feb. 25. 

Jami Hudak (Women's Lacrosse)

Hudak led the Falcons with eight goals combined in a pair of non-conference wins last weekend. The senior scored a team-high of five goals and recorded one assist against Birmingham-Southern College as she compiled the 200th point of her collegiate career. The New York native continued her strong performance by scoring a team-high of three goals in the Falcons 15-10 win over Erskine College.

Georg Trompler (Men's Tennis)

Trompler recorded one of the biggest wins of his collegiate career against defending National Champions Columbus State University on Saturday. The sophomore defeated 27th-ranked Zach Whaanga 4-6, 6-4, 10-4 in the No. 2 singles match. The German native teamed up with Tanguy David to defeat Kokulewski and Schold 6-2 at No. 3 doubles.
