Montevallo, Ala. – Twelve members of the University of Montevallo baseball team are participating in summer league play with six different teams across the United States this summer.

Wilmar Stingers:
 
Gus Cunningham is competing with the Wilmar Stingers of the Northwoods League in Wilmar, Minnesota.

Cunningham has appeared in seven games for the Stingers on the mound in relief.

The North Fort Meyers, Florida native has totaled 20 strikeouts and recorded one save.
 
Eau Claire Express:

Kuster Kinlecheenie is competing with the Eau Claire Express of the Northwoods League in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

 Kinlecheenie has appeared in eight games out of the bullpen for the Express.

The Winslow, Arizona native boasts a 1-0 record with one save and 11 strikeouts, in 11 and 2/3 innings pitched.
 
Green Bay Booyah:
 
Chandler Ingram is competing with the Green Bay Booyah of the Northwoods League in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Ingram is tied for the team lead in games played, having made 13 appearances in relief for the Booyah this season.

The Huntsville, Alabama native is 1-1 on the season, with one save and 19 strikeouts in 18 and 2/3 innings pitched.

Ingram also holds a 2.89 earned run average.

Seminole County Scorpions:
 
Christian Simon is competing for the Seminole County Scorpions of the Florida Collegiate League, in Sanford, Florida.

Simon has made 7 appearances, including six starts on the mound for the Scorpions this season.

The Apopka, Florida native has recorded 34 strikeouts in 30 and 2/3 innings pitched, the second most on the team.

Simon holds a 1-2 record with a 4.11 earned run average.
 
Madisonville Miners:
 
Zach Toth, Ben Teel, Griffin Lape, and Andrew Mann are competing for the Madionsville Miners of the Ohio Valley League, in Franklin, Kentucky.

Toth has made eight appearances including two starts on the mound for the Miners.

The Madison, Alabama native boasts a 3-2 record to lead the Madisonville pitching staff.

Toth has totaled 24 strikeouts in 21 innings pitched, to go along with a 5.40 earned run average.

Toth was part of a combined no-hitter on July 5th, pitching six innings of a seven inning affair and striking out 11 batters. 

Teel leads the Miners in RBIs with 22 on the season thus far.

The Homewood, Alabama native has appeared in 29 games, to lead the team, and is second in hits with 26, while batting .265.

Teel is tied for the team lead in home runs, having hit three bombs this summer.

Lape ranks second on the Miners pitching staff in innings pitched and strikeouts, with 24 1/3 innings pitched and 29 strikeouts.

The Hoover, Alabama native has appeared in seven games on the mound, including five starts, for Madisonville.

Mann has appeared in four games on the mound, including one start, for the Miners.

The Tampa, Florida native holds a 1-0 record and has recorded 13 strikeouts in 15 and 2/3 innings pitched.
 
Fulton Railroaders:
 
Davis Lott, Ty Wooton, Chance Foss, and Drew Kirby are competing for the Fulton Railroaders of the Ohio Valley League, in Fulton, Kentucky.

Lott leads the Railroaders in RBI's with 25 on the season, to go along with five home runs and three doubles.  

The Olive Branch, Mississippi native has played in 25 games for Fulton this season and is batting .287.

Wooton has appeared in 23 games for the Railroaders and has driven in nine runs, to go along with a .224 batting average.

Foss has appeared in 21 games for the Railroaders and has driven in 10 runs, including two homers, to go along with a .233 batting average.

Kirby has made five starts on the mound for Fulton and holds a 1-1 record.

The Scottsboro, Alabama native has totaled 18 strikeouts and boasts team leading 4.12 earned run average among starters.
