MONTEVALLO, Ala – The University of Montevallo swim team was in action for their second home meet Saturday January 25, hosting the Millsaps College Majors. 

In their inaugural season, the men's team got their first victory in program history winning 132-43 over MC.  The women's team were also on top of their game claiming a 133-48 victory over the majors. 

The Falcons have continued to improve as multiple school and personal records were broken.  Will Mahone had a strong performance breaking the pool record for the 100 yd butterfly with a time of 55.22.  Hailey Vance broke the school record for the 500 yard freestyle clocking in at 5:36.19.


NEXT UP:  The Falcons will be headed to Cleveland, Miss where they will compete for their first New South Conference Championship.
