MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Montevallo has announced the Senior Elite award winners. Of the 36 honorees, 15 student-athletes were recognized as the top performers in the classroom in their respective programs.
 
Women's Soccer led the way with three selections, Cassandra Bodi, Alea Taube and Abby Vingers. Women's tennis and women's cross country each had two student athletes receive the honor with Eva Dirr (WTEN), Emily Hafner (WTEN), Courtney Keeler (WXC) and Ana Watters (WXC). Marisa Snodgrass (WBB), Isabelle Fuell (VB), Autumn Le (Cheer), Jaycey Bowling (WTRACK), and Lexi Cardwell (WSWIM) were also among the Senior Elite winners.
 
On the men's side, Collin Jeffrey (MLAX), Brock McNeely (MGOLF), and Esclavon Prewitt (MTRACK) were the three men's student-athletes to receive the academic honor.
