MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Montevallo women's swimming team fell to West Florida, 171.5-82.5, on Wednesday, Nov.8.
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- In the fourth event of the meet, Petra Cajkas took first for the Falcons in the 50-yard Back with a time of 28.04.
- Keara McGee earned two second-place finishes on the afternoon. McGee finished second in the 100-yard Fly with a time of 59.01 and in the 100-yard IM with a time of 1:03.92.
- Maja Krawczyk placed on the podium twice as she won second-place in the 50-yard Fly with a time of 28.78 and third in the 100-yard Back coming in with a 1:01.86 time.
- Cypris Wilkinson, Danielle Davis, Maja Krawczyk and Petra Cajkas combined for a second-place finish in the 400-yard Free relay with a time of 3:55.13.
- Emily Sauer had a second-place time of 5:39.60 in the 500-yard Free.
