Falcons Fall to RV West Alabama

MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The Montevallo softball team dropped the first of a three-game series with West Alabama, 12-0, on Friday, March 24. 
 
The Tigers jumped out to a quick 1-0 lead with a sac bunt in the top of the first before Montevallo went hitless in its first at-bat. 
 
UWA added three more in the third before piling on seven runs in the fifth. The Falcons failed to plate a run in the bottom of the fifth to fall, 12-0, to the Tigers.
