MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The Montevallo women's tennis team defeated Lee, 4-1, on Saturday afternoon in Montevallo, Alabama.
Th pairs of Cyba Ozzor, Mireia Turro and Emily Hafner, Lieselotte Hartlohner highlighted the doubles matches with 7-5 and 6-2 wins, respectively. Ozzor and Turro, the 29th ranked doubles squad in the nation improved to 12-2 with the win.
After earning the doubles point, Harthlohner earned her 11th straight singles match, with a 6-3, 6-3 win at the No. 4 position.
London Breedlove added a win in the No. 5 spot, 6-0, 2-6, 6-4 and Greta Vagini won 6-4, 7-5 at No.6 for the final two points of the match.
Lee picked up its lone win at No. 1 singles.
