MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The Montevallo women's basketball team is set to close the non-conference slate on Tuesday, Nov. 26, hosting UT Southern at Central State Bank Arena.
So Far This Season…
Montevallo holds an overall record of 1-3 this season. The Falcons opened the season in Montgomery, Ala. falling to No. 16 Nova Southeastern and Embry-Riddle in the GSC/SSC Challenge. The Falcons responded with its first win of the season, defeating Shorter 52-51 on the road.
Last time out, the Falcons dropped a road matchup against Spring Hill 78-69. Against the Badgers,
Jordan Gillies and
Isabel Grimes recorded career-highs of 21 points, while
Elisa Saffold added a season-high 12 points.
