BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – University of Montevallo men's golf duo Eric Boutwell and Harrison Hughston have earned All-Conference honors from the Gulf South Conference, Monday.
 
Boutwell has been named to the All-GSC First Team while Hughston has earned a spot on the All-GSC Second Team. Both golfers finished in a tie for second place at one-over in the GSC tournament
 
In his junior season, Boutwell is currently ranked No. 57 in Division II and No. 6 in the South Region by clippd.com. He has placed in the top three in three different tournaments and holds a 71.2 stroke average.
 
Hughston, a graduate student from Anniston, Alabama, is ranked No. 28 in the region and has a 72.5 scoring average this year with one top-three placement.
 
Both Boutwell and Hughston will take part in the NCAA South/Southeast regional May 9-11 in Gainesville, Georgia.
