MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The Montevallo baseball team has released its 2026 schedule, featuring 27 home games at Kermit A. Johnson Field at Bob Riesener Stadium. The slate includes matchups against seven teams that reached the NCAA Regionals last season, setting the stage for an exciting and competitive campaign for the Falcons.

The Falcons open the 2026 campaign at home with a three-game series against Hillsdale, Jan. 30-Feb. 2, before traveling to Spring Hill on Tuesday, Feb. 3. Montevallo then heads to the Sunshine State for a weekend series at reigning national champion Tampa, Feb. 6-8.
Gulf South Conference play begins Feb. 13-14 when West Florida visits Montevallo. Following a midweek matchup with Tuskegee on Feb. 17, the Falcons hit the road for a three-game series at Mississippi College, Feb. 20-21.
UM will host North Georgia in midweek action on Feb. 24 and welcome Trevecca to Kermit A. Johnson Field for a weekend series, Feb. 27-28. The Falcons then embark on a four-game road swing, beginning with a matchup at Columbus State on March 3 before a conference series at UAH, March 6-7.
Montevallo and Spring Hill meet for the second time this season on March 10 in Montevallo ahead of a three-game road set at West Alabama, March 13-14. The Falcons return home to host West Alabama on March 17 and Valdosta State, March 20-21, then hit the road for a two-game midweek trip to Young Harris, March 24-25. UM return to GSC play with a home series against Lee, March 27-28, followed by a midweek contest against Shorter on March 31.
The Falcons open April with a series at Delta State (April 3-4) and a midweek matchup at Auburn Montgomery (April 7) before returning home to host Christian Brothers, April 10–11. Montevallo will then travel to Union, April 17-18, and close out non-conference play at home versus Columbus State on April 21.
UM concludes the regular season at Kermit A. Johnson Field with a conference series against Auburn Montgomery, April 24-25.
The 2026 Gulf South Conference Tournament is set for May 1-5.
