MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The Montevallo women's swimming team hits the road this weekend, traveling to Pensacola, Fla., on Saturday to face No. 7 West Florida and UTRGV.

The Falcons are coming off a dominant home-opening win over UT Southern, earning a 143-24 victory to notch their second win of the season. Montevallo captured 11 first-place finishes in the meet, highlighted by three wins from Vanina Loriedo and two each from Hanna Persson and Keara McGee.

West Florida enters Saturday's meet with a 6-2 record following dual-meet victories over Ave Maria and Thomas (Ga.). The Argonauts were ranked No. 7 in the first CSCAA Poll of the season.

UTRGV comes into the weekend at 1-1 and is fresh off a third-place finish at the Rice Fall Splash.
