PENSACOLA, Fla. – Eric Boutwell leads Montevallo after the first two rounds with the Falcons in T-11
th at nine-over.
Montevallo opened the event with a combined four-over 292 in round one for sole possession of eighth place. The Falcons added a consistent five-over 293 in round two but slid three spots down the leaderboard for T-11
th (+9) after day one.
Eric Boutwell sits just outside the top ten at four-under after the first 36 holes. The senior fired a 68 (-4) with five birdies in the opening round before carding an even 72 in round two for his spot on the leaderboard.
Lucas Albert posted strong opening day with a T-45
th placement with a 73 (+1) in round one and a 74 (+2) in round two.

- Seth Rogers is just one shot behind Fantozi with an even par round two with a trio of birdies to bounce back from a round-one 77 (+5).
TEAM HIGHLIGHTS
- Montevallo tallied 23 birdies in the opening round with the Falcons three-under on the par fives.
- No. 8 Georgia Southwestern leads the event at 24-under with host No. 2 West Florida (-22) in second and No. 13 Columbus State (-11) in third.
UP NEXT: The Falcons complete the 2025 season with a trip to Tunica, Miss. for the three-round Gulf South Conference Championship from April 17 through April 19.
