MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The Montevallo baseball team will wrap up its four-game homestand on Tuesday afternoon, hosting in-state foe Tuskegee at Kermit A. Johnson Field at Bob Riesener Stadium. First pitch is scheduled for 2:00 p.m.

Tuskegee enters Tuesday's matchup with a 2-6 overall record and a 1-2 mark in SIAC play. The Golden Tigers fell in two of three games against Lane over the weekend but salvaged the finale with a 12-2 run-rule victory.
At the plate, Jacobi Brooks leads Tuskegee with a .344 batting average, adding three triples and four RBI. Jabari Johnson (.333) and Ryan Morrow (.320) are also hitting above .300 on the year. As a team, the Golden Tigers are batting .284 with a .365 on-base percentage and a .761 OPS.
On the mound, Tuskegee carries a 9.43 ERA into the week, with opponents hitting .297 against its pitching staff. Righthander Jared Harmon (0-1, 13.50 ERA) is expected to make the start after taking the ball in last Tuesday's midweek contest against West Alabama.
