Montevallo, Ala. – University of Montevallo junior Justine Glass and sophomore Joe Leventry have been named the Falcons' Student-Athletes of the week for the week of October 21st.
 
Justine Glass (Women's Cross Country)
 
Glass finished off an impressive performance for the Falcons at the UAB Blazer Cross Country Classic. Glass finished the 6K race as the top Division II student-athlete, placing 26th overall and first for the Falcons.  Glass finished with a time of 21:37:65.
 
Joe Leventry (Men's Cross Country)
 
Leventry led the Falcons to an 8th place team finish at the UAB Blazer Cross Country Classic.  Leventry was the first non-Division I runner to cross the finish line.  Leventry came in 24th overall with a time of 24:50:78.  Leventry's finish broke the 8K school record, previously set by Donny Barnes in 2016.
