MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The University of Montevallo men's tennis team fell to visiting Lee University 4-3 in a Gulf South Conference match April 14.

The Falcons fell to 8-7 overall and 3-4 in conference play.

Sophomore Georg Trompler defeated Jake Okines of Lee 7-6, 6-4 in the No. 1 singles' match.

Sophomore Petter Dahlin topped the Flames' Jesus Garcia 6-4, 6-1 in the No. 2 singles' match.

Freshman Tobias Rauch defeated Bruno Medeiros of Lee in the No. 6 singles' match.

Lee claimed the remaining singles' matches and secured the doubles' point.

Montevallo will return to action Saturday, April 20 with a Gulf South Conference match on the road at Mississippi College.
