DAHLONEGA, Ga. - The University of Montevallo women's golf team ended the third and final round of the LeeAnn Noble Memorial in sixth place after falling to seventh on day one. The Falcons shot a total +61 over par after carding 313,310, and 302 for all 54 holes.
"We played smarter and more consistent golf, which allowed us to score better on day two. We look to continue to improve for the next tournament." remarked assistant coach

Lee University finished the day in first place after carding 304 in the final round bringing their three round total to (+28) 892. North Georgia notched a second place finish with a total score of (+33) 897 followed by Flagler who shot (+35) 899 for all three rounds. West Georgia (+41,905) and Lander (+52,916) were the next two schools to place ahead of the Falcons. UNC Pembroke finished day two in seventh after carding (+22) 310 in the third round for a total score of (+63) 927.
T4. Bernardita Villalba hit (+1) 73 in the third round for a total score of (+3) 219 making a three way tie for fourth between West Georgia's Ainsley Cowart and North Georgia's Megan Sabol.
20. Macall Miller carded her lowest round in the third with a score of (+2) 74 to finish the LeeAnn Noble Memorial with a total score of (+17) 233.
T23. Kayla Shelton split 23rd place with Chloe Hiott from Lander and Flagler's Hannah Stevens after turning in a total score of (+20) 236.
T26. Avery Pool finished tied for 26th after carding (+7) 79 in round three finishing with a score of (+21) 237 for the tournament.
T39. Danielle Buompastore tied for 39th concluding the LeeAnn Noble Memorial with a score of (+34) 250, after hitting a (+10) 82 on the final day.
43. Alicia Easthope finished in 43rd for the Falcons after completing the 54 hole tournament with a score of (+15) 261.
NEXT UP: The Falcons will conclude the Fall slate at the Full Moon BBQ Invitational, November 1- November 2 at the Timberline Golf Club in Calera, Alabama.
