Box Score MONTEVALLO, Ala – The University of Montevallo men's tennis team came up short Saturday against the University of West Florida Argos who currently sit at No. 3 in the ITA NCAA Division II rankings.
 
James Bloomer/ Brecht Van Buggenhout battled against UWFs Igor Cantanhede/Pedro Cordeiro for a 7-5 win making it the second win in a row for Bloomer and Van Buggenhout. 
 
The Argos would go on to collect the doubles point.
 
UWF's momentum carried into the singles matches where they won five out of six matches. 

UM singles success came from #40/14 Georg Trompler after beating UWF's Nicolas Lecoutre 7-5,7-6.
 
NEXT UP: The Falcons will be home again for a match against the Shorter University Hawks Thursday, February 27^th at 1:00 PM.
