LAST TIME ON THE COURSE
This is the first time the Montevallo women's golf team has been back on the course since competing in the Flagler Fall Slam in October. The team finished 15th out of 18 teams in that event. Individually,
Caterina Oliveri was the highest finisher for the Falcons. She shot 13-over-par 157 for the tournament. She rebounded from an 84 in he first round and being tied for 62nd place, to firing an impressive final round score of 1-over-par 73. She finished the Slam tied for 28th. Paula Bermejo had the opposite fortunes, slipping from 40th to 59th. She shot an 81 in the first round and 86 in the second, finishing with a 22-over-par 166. Meanwhile,
Macall Miller improved on her first round 86 with an 81 in the final round, earning a tie for 62nd. She began the day tied for 75th.
Meredith Bennett finished 70th at 26-over-par and
Danielle Buompastore rounded out the scoring for UM with a 40-over-par.
