MONTEVALLO, Ala. – University of Montevallo Men's and Women's Golf Head Coach
Justin Pratt has announced the 2023 Spring Schedule, Thursday.
The spring slate with feature five tournaments for each squad, beginning in February.
Montevallo's women's golf team will open the spring season on Feb. 6 at the Flagler Spring Kickoff at the World Golf Village resort in St. Augustine, Fla. The men's team will begin a few weeks later, on Feb. 20, at the Saint Leo Invitational in Saint Leo, Fla. at the Lake Jovita Golf and Country Club.
On Feb. 27 the women will travel to Mt. Pleasant, S.C. for the Limestone Low Tide Invitational while the men won't compete in their second tournament until Mar. 13 at the Kinderlou Forest Country Club in Valdosta State's Tournament.
A trip to Destin, Fla. for the Missouri-St. Louis Emerald Coast Collegiate at Baytowne Golf Club on Mar. 12, will mark the third tournament of the year for the women's side.
Both teams will travel to Athens, Ala. and Canebrake Golf Club for the Union Bulldog Bash on Mar. 27. The men's side will conclude the regular season on April 3, in West Florida's tournament at Pensacola Country Club.
The Gulf Couth Conference will once again host its Championship Tournament at Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Magnolia Grove in Mobile, Ala., beginning April 17. The women will play the Falls Course while the men will play the Crossings Course.
The Fall slate continues for both sides on Oct. 23 as the men head to the Matt Dyas Invitational in Carrollton, Ga. and the women participate in the Flagler Fall Slam in St. Augustine, Fla.
