Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 COLUMBUS, Ga. – Montevallo men's tennis and women's tennis dropped matchups with Columbus State on Feb. 24.
 
In the opening match of the season, Montevallo women's tennis fell 5-2 to CSU with Emily Hafner and Eva Dirr taking a pair of singles win on the day. Hafner won her match in three sets with a 0-6, 7-5, 10-7 final score while Dirr won in straight sets, 6-4, 7-5.  Cyba Ozzor, London Breedlove, Lieselotte Hartlohner, and Greta Vagnini each fell in two sets during the singles matches. CSU won the doubles point with wins in all three doubles matches. 
 
On the men's side, the Falcons fought hard but dropped the match 7-0 with each singles match going just two sets. Philippe Zehender fell in his second individual match of the season, 6-1, 6-4, with Viktor Ek Johansson falling 6-3, 6-2. Montevallo lost the doubles point with a trio of losses.
