KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The United Soccer Coaches have announced its Div. II South Region All-Region Teams with Morgan Goehring and Lainey Farabaugh earning the regional recognition.

Morgan Goehring tallied her second All-Region award of the season as a member of the All-South Region First Team after starting in all 21 of her appearances in 2025. In her junior season, the Yorba Linda, Ca. native tallied a total of 20 points on six goals, in-winners, and eight assists while firing 47 shots with 21 on frame in her 1,709 minutes of action. The junior set a career-high with six points in Montevallo's road win over Valdosta State on Sept. 20 with two goals and two assists in 78 minutes of action. Goehring was also named First Team All-GSC before earning a D2CCA Second Team All-South Region nod. 2025 marks the second-consecutive season Goehring has been named USC All-South Region.
 
Lainey Farabaugh picked up her second 2025 all-region award as a member of the USC All-South Region Second Team after starting in all 22 games for the Falcons this season. Farabaugh led Montevallo and tied for the highest mark in the GSC with 12 goals on the season while adding the second-most game-winning goals in the league with four on the season. The junior also tallied Montevallo's lone hat trick on the season with three goals in Montevallo's 7-2 win over Union on Oct. 4. The Altoona, Pa. native fired a team-high 56 shots with 27 on frame in her 2025 season that featured a First Team All-GSC honor and a D2CCA First Team All-South Region selection.
