MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The 2026 Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) Softball All-South Region teams were announced on Monday, with Taylor Lloyd and Taylor Rogers earning second team honors.

Lloyd continues to gain postseason recognition after being named a First Team All-GSC pitcher earlier this month. The Soddy Daisy, Tenn., native became the Montevallo all-time career wins and strikeouts leader, while also setting single season records in those same areas. Lloyd has garnered GSC Pitcher of the Week honors three times this season and was named on the NFCA Division II Pitcher of the Year watchlist in April. Lloyd closed the season ranking top-five in wins (23), strikeouts (149), ERA (2.11), complete games (23), shutouts (five), and innings pitched (198.2).

Rogers had a stellar initial collegiate season, leading her to garnering First Team All-GSC honors. The Moody, Ala., native concluded her freshman season leading Montevallo in hits (64), batting average (.358), runs (47), triples (nine), and stolen bases (43), while also leading the team with 20 multi-hit games. Her nine triples set a new program record for triples in a single season. has garnered GSC Freshman of the Week honors four times this season and was also named on the NFCA Division II Player of the Year watchlist.
