HOW IT HAPPENED
- Montevallo struck first with a goal in the 28th minute to take a 1-0 lead over the Bears. Maddie Ellis scored the Falcons first goal and was assisted by Jessica Culver.
- Truett-McConnell tied the game back up in the 25th minute with an equalizer and then took a 2-1 lead a few seconds later.
- In the 23rd minute the Falcons tied the game at 2-2 off of a Jami Hudak goal.
- The Falcons scored 21 unanswered goals to take control of the game and led 22-2 late in the match until the Bears scored in the 4th minute to make the score 22-3.
