BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Senior forward Nemanja Acimovic was acknowledged by the Gulf South Conference as the Offensive Player of the Week, the cionference office announced Tuesday. 

Acimovic scored twice and assisted an on a third in Montevallo's 4-1 victory win over Saint Leo. As a result, the senior pieced together a five-point performance while putting 4-of-4 shots on frame. He also appeared in the Falcon's victory over Newberry to cap the week.

Acimovic and the men's soccer team will be featured on the pitch Friday, September 17th opening up GSC competition against Delta State.  Kick off is set for 7:30 at Varsity Field.
