Falcons take on GSC Indoor Championships

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Montevallo track & field program is slated to begin the 2022 Gulf South Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships starting on Tuesday, February 15th at the Birmingham Crossplex.  The Falcons have experience success across multiple events during the indoor slate this year.

"With this being only the third Indoor Track & Field Championships, the conference has gotten strong really quickly.  Our student-athletes are excited and ready for the challenge.  They have been putting in a lot of hard work, have been competing well, and we are ready to see what we can do on a big stage.  We can't wait to see what happens," said head coach Tommy Barksdale.

For the third-consecutive year, the Gulf South Conference returns to the renowned Birmingham CrossPlex for the 2022 GSC Indoor Track & Field Championships. All attendees will be required to wear masks while inside the building.
