PITTSBURG, Kan. - The University of Montevallo track & field program concluded the 2022  NCAA Division II Indoor Championships Saturday, in Pittsburg, Kansas.  Joe Leventry represented Montevallo as the second men's team member in program history to make it to the national stage.

"Joe ran a great race, went in 20th and finished 13th. His hard work and dedication is paying off. We are excited to see what he can do this outdoor season," remarked head coach Tommy Barksdale.

Leventry completed the men's 3000 meter race with a time of 8:05.88 finishing 13th overall for the second highest finish at nationals in UM Track & Field history.
