GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Conference Carolinas has unveiled its 2024 Wrestling All-Conference honors with Montevallo's Gabe Hixenbaugh named First Team All-Conference in the 133-pound division.

With the NCAA Div. II regionals on the horizon, Hixenbaugh has posted a 24-0 record over the course of the season with a 9-0 record against ranked opponents. The OpenMat.com No. 1 ranked wrestler in the Div. II 133 weight class holds a 10-0 record in dual matches while posting nine wins by technical fall and four wins each by major decisions and pins.
 
For the third time this season, Hixenbaugh has made history as the first wrestler in program history to earn all-conference honors after becoming the first ranked wrestler and the first No. 1 ranked wrestler in Montevallo's short wrestling history.
