Softball Announces 2026 Schedule

MONTEVALLO, Ala. – Montevallo Softball Head Coach Beth Wade has released the 2026 schedule ahead of the upcoming season.

OFFICIAL SCHEDULE

Montevallo opens the 2026 campaign in Gulf Shores, Ala., with four games against Middle Georgia State (Jan. 30), Rogers State (Jan. 30), North Georgia (Jan. 31), and Saint Leo (Jan. 31). The Falcons follow that up with a trip to Chattanooga, Tenn., to face off against McKendree (Feb. 6), Palm Beach Atlantic (Feb. 6), Ohio Dominican (Feb. 7), and West Texas A&M (Feb. 7).

Montevallo opens the home slate on Feb. 10, hosting Miles College in a midweek doubleheader. The Falcons then head to Columbus, Ga., for its last regular season tournament which features matchups against Eckerd (Feb. 13), Mount Olive (Feb. 13), Converse (Feb. 14), and Mars Hill (Feb. 14).

Montevallo opens Gulf South Conference play the next week with a road series at Mississippi College (Feb. 20-21). Montevallo follows that up by hosting a midweek doubleheader against Spring Hill (Feb. 24), before its home weekend series against Trevecca Nazarene (Feb. 27-28).

Montevallo hosts Georgia Southwestern in midweek action (Mar. 3), before its road conference series at UAH (Mar. 6-7). The Falcons follow that up with a road series at West Alabama (Mar. 13-14), before hosting Valdosta State (Mar. 20-21).

The Falcons jump back into midweek action with a doubleheader at Columbus State (Mar. 24), before consecutive weekend series at home against Lee (Mar. 27-28) and on the road at Delta State (Apr. 2-3). The next week will see the Falcons travel to Miles (Apr. 8), before hosting Christian Brothers (Apr. 10-11). Montevallo's final five road games are the following week at Spring Hill (Apr. 14) and Union (Apr. 17-18).

Montevallo closes the regular season with a pair of home series against AUM (Apr. 24-25) and West Florida (May 1-2). The Gulf South Conference Tournament takes place May 6-9 at Choccolocco Park in Oxford, Ala.
